Over the last decade, research activity has focused on use of quantum entanglement as a resource for remote target detection, i.e., design radar. The literature this subject uses tools optics and information theory, therefore, results are often obscure to radar engineers. This tutorial been written with purpose removing obscurity. As such, it contains review main advances in accompanied by thorough introduction background necessary its understanding.
